The end of the event is not the end for Healthcare Convention. A thorough analysis is the basis for long-term relationships and successful events.

The final success of an event is based decisively on the quality of the follow-up. Here, too, your Healthcare Convention team will keep all relevant points in mind:

• Event evaluation on the part of the participants including analysis
• Debriefing with the entire event team (client, agency, supplier)
• Post-event analysis
• Preparation and documentation of key learning
• Budget-compliant accounting including transparent mapping of the budget
• Mapping out of post-event savings
• Preparation of all compliance-relevant documents (final reports, lists of participants, statistics, &c.)
• Final presentation of the event and processing of impressions
